Drawer Safety Mechanism Prototype
We made a prototype chest of drawers to demonstrate that it is possible to fabricate one with a safety mechanism ensuring that only one drawer can be opened at any one time. The purpose of such a mechanism is for industrial applications where if you open too many drawers at once, the cabinet will topple due to the weight.
