Customised Table Frame
Table Frame awaiting Epoxy Powder Coating. The design is a sketch from our customer. The sketch looks simple but a lot of process is required to make it into a reality. 1st we model the design in 3D to ensure all surfaces are planar. We have to tweak the design to make the surfaces planar and yet keep to what the customer intended. Then we transfer the planar surfaces for laser cutting. Any thickness above 8mm, the edges will be rough from laser cutting, we have to polish the edges and add quite a bit of filler during the welds for a good finish.
